As a principal for the Compass Technology Group, a division
of Compass Telecommunications Consulting Corporation, John
has over 15 years of experience in the Data networking industry.
His skills include the design, implementation, configuration
and support of computer networks as large as 500+ users.
In both private and public industry, John has provides solutions
for the wired and wireless applications, network security,
remote access and application service provider platforms.
Having
developed strong relationships with such partners as Dell,
Citrix, Symantec and Microsoft, John has afforded his clients
with the proper solutions to their network needs.

Paul
S. Buklad, RCDD
As a
principal for the Compass Technology Group, a division of
Compass Telecommunications Consulting Corporation, Paul brings
over 20 years of experience in the communications industry.
This covers areas such as; engineering, design, support and
marketing of products that included individual components
up to systems that were put in place for Multiple Local and
wide area networks. Starting out his career working in distribution,
Paul has worked for Hubbell Premise Wiring and recently Holocom
Networks supporting both training and marketing.
In 1988
Paul was certified by Proeteon in Token Ring LAN design, and
has been an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)
since 1994, Paul is currently completing the five elements
of Comp TIA educational and certification classes. And upon
completion will be Cisco certified for CCNA, CCNAB, ICND,
SST, MCNS, Pix Firewall, VPN Security, and SAFE.
Paul is primarily responsible for the Compass efforts in Data
Networking Design, Configuration, Implementation and Training
on both Wired and Wireless Platforms.
