Philip D. (Phil) Klingensmith RCDD/OSP, BICSI Registered Technician

A principal of the company, Phil leads the group with energy and vision. Phil has wide experience in international communications, including positions as President of Compass Telecommunications Consulting, Inc., BICSI Master Instructor, and AT&T district leader for Regional Marketing and for Systimax System for Network Cabling Systems deployment. He teaches certificate courses for out side plant, premises installation, testing and troubleshooting, commercial building wiring design, National Electric Code, and a host of other disciplines. He is a 3M and CommScope certified instructor.

C.C. (Chuck) Lohrmann, RCDD/OSP, TPM, BICSI Registered Technician

A principal of the company, Chuck is responsible for finance and accounting. He served in the U.S. AIr Force in the fields of communications and electronics. He also has worked for GTE of the Southwest, BellSouth, and the Saudi Engineering Group. Chuck is experienced in PABX system installation, design and installation of off-shore LAN, and long-haul fiber optic networks. He is a BICSI Master Instructor, and has been a contributing writer for the BICSI Cabling Installation Manual plus its course manual, as well as the BICSI Customer Owned Outside Plant manual and Outside Plant courses. He is a 3M and CommScope certified instructor.
